As each fine art wall print is custom-made by the laboratory, specifically according to the size, finish, and framing that was chosen and configured by the customer to suite their needs and environment, thus a custom made order. After order confirmation in the case of an order with custom fabrication, returns are thus unavailable. By making a purchase from Douglas Carr Photography you automatically agree to both these T&C's and the T&C's of LabKorner which can be found on Douglas Carr Photography catalogue page at the bottom lefthand corner in the print configurator where you will be redirected once you click on a image on this website.

Shipment
The lab ships to the following countries and the shipment costs is added at checkout and is payed by you the customer. Shipment cost could change due to shipping routes that could be influenced by war or other unforeseen events but will be updated at checkout, below is the standard shipment costs per product per delivery zone.

Delivery address and Countries
YKF delivers to the following 29 countries France, Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Poland, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Israel and Lebanon.
Shipping is made to the delivery address you indicate at the time of order. It is possible to indicate a different billing address than the delivery address.
For logistical reasons, the change of delivery address is no longer possible once the order has been placed.
You will receive your order at the address you have indicated within 30 working days after placing your order.
The delivery times announced are not contractual. Consequential damages can not be compensated. YKF reserves the right to make partial deliveries when this is necessary. In this case, the shipping costs are not increased. All work ordered is usually shipped in one delivery.
Please note that the delivery takes place at the bottom of the building.

Contact Douglas Carr Photography if you would like to place an order but your country is not among the list above, as special arrangements could be made to first ship the product to Douglas Carr Photography and then we could ship into you but you the customer will be held responsible for all shipment costs and will be billed for the shipment from Doug's Gallery before the shipment is placed, but in this case delivery could also be delayed as I Douglas Carr might be traveling, but I'm here to serve you and will accommodate to make the purchase possible and delivery as smooth as possible.
Product features
YKF produces framed prints and prints as well as professional grade laminated prints with optional framing and / or laminating from your photographs. Our specialized photographic laboratory also offers high quality Acrylic Glass laminated prints and carefully manufactured shadowgap-frames.
Several formats are proposed according to the user's photograph format.

Steps to order
To place an order, you must go through the following steps:

1. "Product" screen: on this screen, you can choose between different types of sizes, finishes and options

2. "Personalization" screen: on this screen, you have the possibility to choose the customization criteria for your print

3. "Cart" screen: after your confirmation, the order is added to your cart
The validation of your basket is equivalent to accepting these general conditions of sale. The general conditions can be consulted at any time on the site.
Once the order is made, YKF sends you a confirmation email. In certain circumstances, YKF can reject a customer’s orders. YKF may in particular use this right when the payment relating to a previous order has not been made and the solvency of a customer is not insured.
The contract is concluded when the written confirmation of the order is sent by YKF, or when YKF begins its execution. The amount of the order is due immediately. The user is in this respect subject to an obligation of care.

The remuneration for our services is the one indicated in the price list currently online and which we specify as part of the order procedure. We reserve the right at any time to change the price list for future orders without notice.

Payments security
All payments are made directly to YKF as they are Doug's Gallery printing partner and as they are also responsible for the shipment and therefor all payment conditions are bind by there T&C started here and on their page. Whatever the method of payment chosen by the user, the transaction is made via Paypal.
In order to guarantee the security of online payments and the protection of your personal data, transaction data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which secure their transmission. They are in no way communicated to YKF and do not circulate in clear on the internet. They can not be intercepted.

Evidence
The data recorded by the site constitutes proof of all transactions between YKF and its customers.
The data recorded by the Paypal payment system is proof of financial transactions.

​Force Majeure
​In application with the article 1148 of the Code Civil, Doug's Gallery (Douglas Carr Photography) will not be able to be responsible or considered as having committed misfeasance in the processing of your file, if any delay or in-execution result from a case of force majeure.
